Masterline Molds designs custom-made products for individuals, companies, and corporations. Plans and drawings for these products are usually initiated by the client, but in a few cases, the client will supply us with the final dimensions.  We will then proceed to make the drawings and submit them for approval. These products could include Soap Bars, Ceramic Tableware, Candles, Custom Tiles, Architectural Moldings, Glass Saggars, Concrete Products, Stone Products, and many other items.

Masterline Molds is celebrating 40 years of designing products and moldmaking. Client will ask us to have their new products professionally designed as well upgraded.

Masterline Molds takes the time to perfect the best design for your product. Their philosophy is simple -- Better designed products sell themselves.

Masterline Molds also specializes in mold construction. Well-made products start with a well-made mold and our molding department is committed to high industrial standards.

Masterline Molds can make your final production molds using rubber or stone blocks.  They produce superb rubber molds using silicone or polyurethane rubber. Masterline Molds is able to handle all your molding requirements.

Masterline Molds can fabricate your custom glass sagging forms. The client will submit a drawing a for a specific saggar. We then proceed to complete the model and make a ceramic mold.  We will then cast the mold using red or white clay, and prepare the newly cast saggar for firing.  The whole process can take three to four weeks depending on the size of saggar.  Saggars are sometimes referred to as glass forms.

Masterline Molds manufactures finished products for the market place.  We specialize in ceramic products in earthenware, stoneware or porcelain clays.  We can also do limited numbers of glass-sagged products. However, some customers prefer to produce their own products in their own factories.

Masterline Molds does not manufacture soap bars nor do they attempt to make candles.  The soap and candle making field is a highly specialized industry. Each manufacturer has developed their own formulae, scents, and colours to make their own candles and/or soaps. Our job to is design the perfect soap bars, making the molding, and let the manufacturer cast their products and do their own marketing

Masterline Molds specializes in out-door ornamental concrete garden products. Whether it is a garden fountain or a decorative garden bench for the patio, our design department is capable of designing these products.  Once the model in made and approved, our molding department makes the production molds in polyurethane or latex rubber. The polyurethane rubber will yield about 3000 pulls and costs slightly more than the latex rubber which will last for a season.

Masterline Molds offers custom-made quality silicone soap molds.  We had found that many soap makers  are looking for molds to last longer than the standard vacuumed-form plastic sheets.  Silicone molds require no release and  de-mold easily.  Silicone rubber will last many many years with proper care and maintenance .  Masterline offers stock 'ready-to-work' soap molds as well.

Masterline Molds offers a limited number of its Studio Molds to the public. These ceramic molds include functional items such as large serving bowls, platters, and other tableware items.

Masterline Molds offer several Mold Making training programs. Starting with a Basic Diploma Program, the new trainee is an introduction to learning about and working with the properties of plaster. The Intermediate Diploma Program includes learning to make a two-part mold from start to finish. The Intermediate Diploma Program is our most popular program.  For more complicated areas of mold making, we offer our Advanced Diploma Program. Also, there are two popular Template Turning Diploma Programs, and of course, our ever popular Rubber Mold Making Diploma Program.
