Soap bars come in different shapes, -- rectangular, square, cube, round, oval, even freeform, and in different sizes, -- a trial bar size, hostess/hotel bar size, family bar size, and the ever popular, hand/face bar size. Custom-made soap bars allows you to imprint your company's name, with a special logo, or, your family's name, or a special event such as Our Wedding. or to promote a tourist destination such as a Bed & Breakfast operation. After establishing the shape and size of your new soap bar along with your name and/or logo, you now have your own exclusive branded soap bar. And today, marketing a brand name product is a better way to sell your soap line. Some shapes and sizes are more economical to produce using silicone rubber mold. The squares and rectangular bars are very efficient to produce while the round and oval bars are slightly more because of the extra silicone needed to make a soap bar, well, round or oval. But round, oval, and freeform novelty bars do sell faster because they look and feel better. Masterline has worked with their customers over the years to develop many innovative ideas and concepts for soap designs. They have also developed different applications, methods, and systems to produce quality silicone rubber molds. These systems will result in a savings to their customers. They have done away with the extra expense involved each time another mold is produced. Masterline Molds do not make soap molds from vacuum formed plastic sheets. They only produce a high-quality silicone soap mold which will last for thousands of pulls or years of casting. And de-molding is a breeze with the silicone rubber. Using the plastic sheet molding will become a 'false economy' issue as you continually spend your profits replacing these broken, damaged and cracked soap forms. At the end of the day, simply clean and rinse your silicone rubber molds using warm soapy water. Allow the molds to 'air dry' before storing them in self-sealing plastic bags or plastic vinyl containers. Store your molds on a flat surface or on moveable boards in a cool dry area, out of direct sunlight until further use. Do you stack your molds directly on top of one another. It is recommended that you use self-stacking plastic vinyl containers to store your molds. Your silicone molds do not require any special silicone mold releasing agents. They are always ready to go to work for you. CAUTION WARNING: Silicone
rubber molds are not approved for food
stuffs. Use your silicone molds only
for the purposes which they were intended. |
